CHAPTER THIRTY-SEVEN

Summary

• The chapter starts with the protagonist riding on Tairn, battling a venin - a creature who murdered her friend Soleil.
• A critical realization dawns on the protagonist after witnessing how the death of a venin leads to the simultaneous death of its wyvern creatures. She hypothesizes that by eliminating the venin riders, they might be able to save everyone in the battlefield.
• Despite her waning strength due to her injuries, the protagonist orchestrates an all-or-nothing attack to take out the venin riders.
• With the joint powers of her companions Tairn, Andarna, and Xaden, she is able to take down two powerful venin riders. Consequently, half of the wyvern monsters fall from the sky.
