Summary

• Struan tells the bishop that he needs his help with a project in Hong Kong
• Struan explains that he wants to build a dock in Hong Kong to attract more merchants and businesses

• Struan tells the bishop that the dock will be beneficial for everyone in Hong Kong, including Catholics and the church
• Struan offers the bishop a share in the project in exchange for his help
