Summary

• Struan asks May-May if she slept well
• May-May complains about the noise from construction in Happy Valley and suggests that the Feng-shui of their new house may be causing evil spirits to enter
• Struan becomes annoyed and promises to address the issue
• May-May accuses Shevaun of flirting with Struan and he becomes angry, telling her to behave herself and promising to protect her
• May-May apologizes and Struan forgives her
• Struan and Robb discuss the arrival of the Grand Duke Sergeyev and the Quance family on the mail ship
• Robb is tasked with finding Aristteles Quance and keeping him isolated until the dance that evening, and inviting the Quance family to stay on a smaller boat until then
• Struan tells Robb to go to the dance and have a good time, and to keep an eye on Maureen Quance
• Struan returns to his office.
