Summary

• The character then encounter a blood-stained patch on their cloak causing them to reflect on recent events and the potential implications of their discovery.
• Continuing their journey, the character uses a malfunctioning tracking plate to navigate. Suddenly, they are aware of a presence in the forest and equip themselves with a knife.
• They are attacked by a large creature, an alupi. After a brief struggle, the alupi backs away and starts stalking the character.
• The character recognizes a scar on the alupi that matches one from a cub they rescued six months prior, implying the alupi might be the grown cub, Diago.
• The alupi eventually leaves. Shortly after, despite being on high alert, they catches a glimpse of the crimson dome they have been looking for.
• At the base of the dome, they encounters the alupi again. The creature seems to recall the character and allows them to enter the dome. The character believes their decision to keep the wolf alive was right but still feels threatened.
• The character enters the dome and closes the door behind them, leaving the alupi outside.
