Summary

• Bryce is attacked by an unidentified creature underwater.
• Declan Emmet and Ruhn assist Bryce. Ruhn is able to overcome the creature and they're able to get Bryce out of the water.
• Declan reveals a previously unknown healing gift by using it to help Bryce recover from her injuries.
• Bryce argues with Flynn, Ruhn and Declan, denying being a princess and revealing the creature was a summoned kristallos demon.
• There's speculation that the summoning could have been a targeted attack, but Bryce dismisses it; affirming the case is over.
• Ruhn offers Bryce protection by offering to keep her at his place, but Bryce is angry and rejects everyone's offers to help her further.
• Bryce is visibly upset over the absence of Hunt and reflects on her losses, including a friend named Danika and her 'Pack of Devils'.
• She examines the tattoo on her back that she got with Danika, relieved that it is still intact, despite her injuries.
• She reflects on the words, "Through love, all is possible," which is part of her tattoo and was also a clue to her Redner account.
